The First Fight team was approached to help animate and tell the story of Sift, a company that empowers team members to benefit from the massive knowledge base that is their entire workforce.

To emphasize the idea of this being a human product, we tapped on actual employees from the Quicken Loans Family of Companies to serve as the talent for the video. Using pre-existing design language and a brand guide for Sift, we set off on the task of taking everyone’s ideas and distilling it in the most effective way.
